Recommended by Screening-cum-Evaluation Committee.
3.	Assistant Professor (Selection Grade / Level 12) to Associate Professor (Level 13A)	Completed 3 years service in Level 12. Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline. Published minimum 7 research papers (3 during assessment period). Ph.D. student guidance evidence.	'Satisfactory' or 'good' grade in at least 2 of last 3 years. Research score at least 70 as per Appendix II Table 2.
4.	Associate Professor (Level 13A) to Professor (Level 14)	Completed 3 years service in Level 13A. Ph.D. degree. Minimum 10 research publications (3 during assessment period). Guided doctoral candidate successfully. Total Research Score ≥ 110.	'Satisfactory' or 'good' grade in at least 2 of last 3 years. Recommended by Selection Committee.
